Oaxaca. 30 de mayo de 2018.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Quejas y Denuncias del Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Oaxaca (IEEPCO) concluy\u00f3 el procedimiento sancionador respecto a 17 candidaturas trans y present\u00f3 un proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n para cancelar los registros de manera definitiva, al haberse acreditado violaciones a principios constitucionales y al art\u00edculo 16 de los lineamientos de paridad de g\u00e9nero.&nbsp;<br><br>Esta resoluci\u00f3n, fue propuesta por la comisi\u00f3n al Consejo General, despu\u00e9s de haberse desarrollado todas las etapas del procedimiento sancionador, en el que se recibi\u00f3 y ratific\u00f3 la denuncia, se recibi\u00f3 contestaci\u00f3n de las personas denunciadas, se realiz\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, as\u00ed como la fase de alegatos.<br><br>En la resoluci\u00f3n se impone a los partidos pol\u00edticos Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) y Nueva Alianza (PNA) la supresi\u00f3n de las prerrogativas relativas a su gasto ordinario.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SEM\/sj\/gr&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n SemM\u00e9xico.
